The restaurant is located in an older building subject to the limitations of the older facilities. The inside dining room is at the same level as the sidewalk outside, so there are no obvious limitations to the dining area.

Description

Euro Cafe is a small deli and coffee shop serving bagels, sandwiches, soups, salads and premium hot drinks. Counter service with dining inside and out front on sidewalk. Soda pop available in cans or from fountain drink dispenser. Most downtown workers walk to the restaurant from their work place, no parking on N. High St., however there may be some on side streets in the area. Surface pay parking is also close to the restaurant. Opening weekdays for breakfast and lunch.

5 Star Deli
Euro' Cafe features several daily specials each day, the offering on this particular Tuesday was hot Pulled Pork sandwich with chips and a pickle spear ($4.95 as of August 2004) or a cabbage entree. The pulled pork was very hot, tender, prepared with an excellent BBQ sauce and was overflowing on a large bun. More than filling! My friend had a Caesar salad wrap, there were many low carb wrap choices as well. The Caesar salad wrap was excellent as well. The marked white board behind the counter had many deli sandwich choices, salads and other entrees. Soup is also a specialty of the house, along with gourmet hot drinks. Ample seating is available inside and a couple of umbrella tables are available on the N. High St. sidewalk. This is a self-service wait in line at the counter, however our wait was very short. The staff is very accommodating to special orders and friendly. The decor is typical High St. Deli, with refrigerated cases, soda drink dispenser, ice cream freezer and one or two racks with snacks. First time I've been to this deli, a delightful surprise at the care put into the food and services. That about WRAPS it up for my comments on this restaurant.    [10 Aug 2004 21:32:55]

I know that I can get great food at a great price, service with a smile and be back to work in no time. Even if it's busy line moves very quickly which is important when you only have a thirty minute lunch    [23 Jul 2007 21:05:03]
