The Best in Columbus!
I have been frequenting Cup O' Joe since the opening the first location in German Village, and even with their growth, they are still the best quality coffee house in the Columbus area. Quality bean, quality service, and a comfortable warm and eclectic atmosphere.    [22 Dec 2004 12:44:53]

I've been there twice and the customer service and atmosphere were excellent on both occasions. However, I tried the "Razzmataz" and the "Mint" coffee drinks- and both times they were a bit too sweet for my taste. I love the place!!
The employees always have time to say hi to my kids which is a definite plus!!
I go there 2-3 times a day every day for my mocha Joe and also so my kids can see thier favorite people.

Will not be coming back
I have been coming here for quite awhile but service has gone downhill lately. Went today ordered my normal mocha Joe got to the window and it cost $4.10, asked if they raised the price "no we are supposed to be charging for whipped cream. Ok that's not a problem but 40 cents for whipped cream??? If you are going to charge for it don't have it as what comes on a mocha Joe on the menu please. I pointed out that it says it comes on it on the menu so didn't pay the extra 40 cents but you guys should really read what is on you menu. I was very disappointed.    [25 Jun 2007 08:11:21]

Great Atmosphrere
I frequent Picktown Cup of Joe weekly. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly and accomadating, especially Katie! It's a great way to end my work day......it is much more inviting than Starbucks.
