Skyline Chili

The Classic 3-way (shown right) is pasta topped with chili and cheese, for which Skyline is famous. This restaurant is typical of the chain. While most order pasta or hot dogs topped with chili and cheese, there are other choices such as salads, burritos, baked potatoes and Sky fries. They also offer low carb choices and a kids menu. Sit in the dining area, pick up from the counter or drive-thru. Since 1949, Skyline Chili has been serving the legendary taste inspired by authentic Greek recipes.

Gotta love Skyline!
I love their baked potatoes!! The cheddar potatoes are loaded with butter and cheese. Definitely not for those on Adkins, but they do have an Adkins dish with chili and hot dogs!

There is a server there named Katie who is just as wonderful as she could be. She's delightful, smart, and always efficient.

My son and husband like the 3-ways, and I like the chili cheese dogs, and the baked potatoes. My dog... she likes the oyster crackers!! When I say, "Skyline", she comes running!! Therefore, I always have to wrap up the extras and take them home to her!!    [07 Apr 2005 14:47:16]

If you haven't tried the chile yet, you need to get there. It's so mesmerizing. I don't really know what's in there, but I love it. I want to eat it right now.

I get it frozen and put it over spaghetti and mix in a load of mild cheddar cheese.

I wish there was a skyline here in Miami.
