Decent food

Horrible experience.
My girlfriend and I dined at Petie's on 1-16-07. It was my first time at the restaurant. After viewing an appealing photo for the spaghetti and meatballs, I decided on an order of chicken parmesan.

Simple, right?

Sadly, that was not the case. What I received was an order of undercooked noodles floating above a layer of water, with a small amount of red something in the water, perhaps to try and fool me into thinking it was sauce.

On top of the above-mentioned noodles was a breast of chicken. Unfortunately, it was unbreaded, and of about Wal-Mart quality.

And to top it all off, the chicken was quite obviously microwaved.

As we were paying the bill at the end of our dinner, I voiced my opinion to the hostess. Her response was, "The rule is never order Italian at a place that is'nt an Italian restaurant"

I was blown away. Instead of an apology for my experience and waste of money... I was given an excuse and practically blamed for my displeasure.

I would recommend any other restaurant on the planet ahead of this one.    [17 Jan 2007 23:53:10]
