Each wine has been selected to fit the interests and palates of Chef Dominique and his wife, Sabine, and are separated into whimsical categories such as ‘Aromatic Excitation,’ ‘Complex Expectation,’ ‘Dominique’s Weaknesses,’ and ‘Big’ Our servers will be happy to help you select the ideal wine to complement your dinner. Explore our smaller format bottles featuring an array of varietals, in addition to our selection of wines by the glass.

Our private dining rooms can be configured to accommodate from 8 to 50 guests, and audiovisual equipment is available upon request. Banquet design and service are a specialty at Bianca, and we endeavor to make your gathering an affair to remember.
