Enterainment Book Visit
My wife and I stopped in on Feb. 21st. We weren't sure if we were going to have lunch because of the appearance out front, not that there was anything wrong, it just wasn't an eye catcher. Gone Way Downhill
The new owners have slashed the menu to 1-10th of its size, eliminated all the inventive and unique items, gotten rid of all the great waitresses, and lost all the charm Chambers used to have. Very, very disappointing.    [24 Mar 2003 15:48:38]

The Best Kept Secret in Bucks Co
This is one of the coziest charming little spots in all of Bucks County, right in the heart of Doylestown. I love what the new owners have done with the cushy little seating area in the front bar area and the restrooms are the cleverest thing I've ever seen. Great Menu Great Staff
Had dinner and drinks several times and will keep going back. The menu is fantastic and if you want something not on the menu just ask. The new owner is VERY accomodating. Enjoyed the food and the staff is great. The person who wrote "Gone Way Downhill" must be talking about the wrong place or just has a bone to pick. Great Food, Great Atmosphere
This is one of, if not my favorite place to eat and have drinks in Doylestown. The prices are very reasonable and the food is great. A very good filet and crab cake along with chocolate martinis make for a very nice dining experience. Would highly recommend.    [31 Dec 2003 12:34:54]

Is No Longer One of Our Favorite Restaurants
We used to love this place - especially for the wonderful duck. The last time we were there the management had changed and the size of the serving had diminished considerably. What's more, the duck was almost raw, and when the waitress passed on our concern (politely stated), the chef said "duck is always served that way". Not! He finally did agree to cook it.
We were quite disappointed, as we had been telling people for years that the little "looks like a hole-in-the-wall" restaurant had the best duck around.
The waitresses are professional and helpful - but we'll probably never go back and have felt compelled to tell friends we've revised our judgment of the place.    [10 Jan 2004 09:02:52]

A wonderful experience
I had a wonderful time at Chambers. The food was very good and the service was fabulous. The owner came over to myself and my brother's girlfriend and talked with us for a while. Great Food and Service
I love that I can special order or change up the menu a little bit to my specific liking. My favorite thing to order is the pear salad that comes with pefectly prepared duck but I often will ask for grilled salmon instead. It is fabulous.    [05 Jul 2008 13:48:35]
