Description

A classic Bistro based on American Cuisine, owned and operated by former New York Executive Chef Bill Votava. The menu items range from BBQ Ribs to Asian Grilled Shrimp. The atmosphere is laid back and the jazz in the background compliments the open "California Style" decor. Dinner prices for the area ($15 to $30). All major credit cards are accepted. Reservations are not required, but always recommended.

It's about time!!!
What a great place. It is sooo different than all the other deli's and restaurant "wanna' be's" around here. The service was outstanding (Rob was our waiter), and the food was UNBELIEVABLE! It's about time the Pocono's had a real restaurant.    [02 Jul 2005 21:43:57]
