Bad Food...Even Worse Service
The quality of the dishes is well below average. The staff is completely inept, and the management is ignorant beyond belief. Although it's a nice structure, the dining rooms are too brightly lit and overcrowded. Pass on Stone Mansion.    [27 May 2003 16:09:43]

Too Much Hype
After hearing so many favorable reviews, we decided to dine at the Stone Mansion. We were not impressed. Although our server was very nice, the rest of the staff was quite ignorant.

The food wasn't bad, but the ambiance was bright and awkward. I thought that the rooms seemed crowded and a bit ordinary. I was expecting to have a unique experience that would keep me coming back for more. I don't recommend the Stone Mansion. Didn't live up to the hype. There are a lot of other restaurants in Pittsburgh that I'd rather give my business.    [25 Feb 2004 18:08:45]

Best in the Area.

Mediocre at Best
If you are looking to sit on a nice patio and don't care whether or not the food is good, then, visit the Stone Mansion. Otherwise, Bravo would be a much better pick!!!

Dinner was dreadful, service was ok, prices outrageous..
