A Wonderful Valentines Day Dinner
It was a slightly cold night last valentines day, but once I walked through the front doors at Ristorante Mediterraneo, the warm and cozy ambiance seemed more welcoming than ever. It was the perfect place...the service was flawless, the food defined perfection, and the setting was small and romantic, particularly because there was a man playing a guitar quietly in the corner. One of the things that I enjoyed to the most what the fact that the server would show up out of nowhere whenever you needed something, before you even had a chance to ask. They would not hover, and as soon as they came, they were gone. I had plenty of time to enjoy my date, and my dinner. The food, oh the food. It was infallible. My date had a generous portion of Black Ravioli, which was so good, she almost didn’t talk for at least thirty seconds. For an appetizer we had the calamari, which I have to recommend-I’ve had a lot of calamari, but this surpassed all others.
