VERY DISSAPOINTED IN FOOD AND SERVICE I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE QUALITY AND PREPARATION OF THE FOOD I SELECTED FROM YOUR MENU.(FISH AND CHIPS) I COULD HAVE HAD BETTER IF I'D PURCHASED MRS. PAUL'S FROZEN FISH AND CHIPS.
THE SERVICE WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. WHEN THE WAITRESS TOOK OUR ORDERS(SHE OVERLOOKED ONE OF THE GUEST) AFTER BRINGING OUR SELECTIONS BACK SHE NEVER ASKED IF WE WANTED ANYTHING ELSE, LIKE BEVERAGES. WHEN IT APPEARED TO HER WE HAD FINISHED OUR MEAL SHE REMOVED THE PLATES WITHOUT ASKING IF WE WERE FINISHED. AFTER ALL PLATES HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM THE TABLE SHE NEVER ASKED IF WE WANTED BEVERAGES, OR DESSERT.
I BROUGHT MY WORKERS TO YOUR RESTUARANT AS PART OF THEIR CHRISTMAS GIFT AND I SPENT APPROXIMATELY $130.00 PLUS GRATUITY.
OF COURSE THE GRATUITY IS INCLUDED IN THE BILLING. I WOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN THIS WAITRESS A TIP AT ALL IF IT HAD NOT BEEN INCLUDED.
I HAVE BEEN TO YOUR RESTUARANT ON MANY OCCASSIONS AND I HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE I'VE HAVE ALSO RECOMMENDED TO FRIENDS, FAMILY AND CO-WORKER THAT THEY TRY YOUR RESTUARANT(ESPECIALLY THE BUFFET)HOWEVER THIS TIME I WAS VERY, VERY DISSAPOINTED.
AS I STATED ABOVE I HAVE FREQUENTED YOUR ESTABLISHMENT BEFORE AND RECOMENDED OTHERS BUT NEVER FOUND THE TIME TO WRITE TO LET YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I ENJOYED YOUR RESTUARANT. BUT AS SOON AS I WAS UNHAPPY ABOUT THE SERVICE AND FOOD,I MADE SURE I FOUND A WAY TO VOICE MY DISCONTENT. THIS IS NOT RIGHT BUT IT'S THE WAY PEOPLE ARE. I KNOW BECAUSE I HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS. I SAY ALL THAT TO SAY THIS I WILL BE VERY APPREHENSIVE ABOUT COMING TO YOUR RESTUARANT AGAIN, BUT I WILL COME AGAIN BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN SATISFIED IN THE PAST. HOWEVER IF I DO ENCOUNTER THE SAME POOR QUALITY OF FOOD AND SERVICE I WILL NOT BE PATRONIZING YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN NOR WILL I BE MAKING ANY RECOMMENDATIONS. [20 Jan 2006 11:57:47]
