Description

This is a large size restaurant/pub. Child friendly, relaxed casual atmosphere. In the afternoon this establishment is more of a restaurant and when the sun goes down it transforms into a pub in true British fashion.

A MUST VISIT PUB!!
This Pub is a GEM!! It is unlike any other I have been to in the Summerville area. It is very spacious and boasts the longest bar in South Carolina. The owners are very outgoing and they greet all of their customers personally. There are plenty of tables for eating meals and the food is wonderful. In the afternoon this is a restaurant and you will find business people and families enjoying lunch and dinner and as the hours pass, you will see the place transform into a British pub. Serving a ton of various beers from around the world and featuring British fare is a huge draw to this restaurant/ pub. I suggest the fish and chips and when I say chips I mean the British type, FRENCH FRIES!! This is definitely authentic British food and I was quite impressed with large well presented tasty portions. The chicken wings were another item that I could rave about. Try the Stella Artois beer while you are there, it is a Belgian lager that can not be rivaled.

This pub is very inviting and full of the friendliest people I've encountered yet. You simply have to stop by to appreciate this wonderful pub.    [24 Mar 2006 21:05:03]
