It is a spiritual experience Anyone lucky enough to live in Memphis should eat at the Blue Fish every night. You can never tire of the exquisite array of fresh seafood prepared in inspirational and taste bud exhilerating ways!! We drive over from Nashville as often as we can just to enjoy the ambience, excellent service, family like welcome, and out of this world food. From start (crab bisque or crab cakes) to finish (White Chocolate Bread Pudding)and everything in between (goat cheese salad, any kind of fish prepared any way you desire)you are in for a rare treat! The Blue Fish Restaurant, Memphis Luckily for me, I was at the Blue Fish Restaurant for a party and enjoyed many dishes. The dishes were all delicious & so fresh. We never felt rushed. We live in South Florida and wish we had a fish restaurant like it!!!! Actually, any restaurant like it!!! [07 Jun 2007 19:10:47]
