Great Food, Great Price
My husband and I had a geat meal at Benkay. The atmosphere was very nice. We had Teriyaki Chicken and Teriyaki Steak and Shrimp. The portions were a nice size and it came with soup and salad. The orange ginger dressing was very good. It was delicious and very reasonably priced. We plan to be regulars at Benkay.    [13 Feb 2004 23:45:01]

Best Place for Japanese in Nashville
Four months ago I was introduced to the world of Japanese food. I did not just put my toe in, I dove headfirst. Benkay is by far my favorite. The sushi is superb and is perfectly sized (cough::Osaka::cough), best miso ever, and their Udon's are great! Everything is fresh and now they have a market next door! Their prices are extremely reasonable. A Bento for me is always 12.00, and that's with a different sushi. Yum!    [25 Jan 2005 00:52:43]
