Service here is terrible
I went to Chow Thai and found the experience horrible. Not only is the food overpriced but the service was bad. I ordered an item to go, the yellow curry fried chicken and told them to make it hot. They had it packaged and wrapped in plastic so when I got home it turned out to be regular fried rice and mild. I called Chow Thai up and the person that picked up the phone was rude and they said nothing can be done about it and that I should have checked it before I left. There is no customer service. Everything at Chow Thai is great!!!
I eat at Chow Thai in Addison as often as possible. I have the menu memorized. Every dish I have had has been served to perfection and I have had most of them!!    [22 Dec 2006 10:25:16]
