Very rude employees. I asked the cashier if I have to make my own salad (as opposed to it already being made) and she heavily sighed and said yes (as though I should have known that.)
I also had an old menu that I was trying to order from and the girl said we don't have that. I showed her the menu and she rolled her eyes, snatched it out of my hand, then put a new one in it.
I also asked her to explain what was on one of the sandwiches and was told, "whatever it says on the menu".
Needless to say we left.
I was told the manager was busy. [04 Aug 2004 18:42:58]

Dead moth in salad I picked up a to go order of chicken salad, salad. When eating it I spotted a dead bug which resembled a moth. Took it back and all the manager could do is refund my money after offering other substitutions. I don't think I will eat there for some time. The reason/excuse he explained was the greens were organic and they don't use pesticides. What about washing the ingredients? [07 Aug 2006 14:01:36]

Needs Intensive Care This Jason's Deli is a huge disappointment, particularly for those of us who have frequented other Jason's locations. The service is poor; the staff is discourteous; the food is not up to the usual Jason's quality; and the restaurant itself is dirty and messy. When the place first opened, it was nearly as good as the North Dallas Jason's Deli. But it didn't last long. It deteriorated rapidly. (If you are foolish enough to eat there, be sure to check that the cooked food has actually been cooked. Last time I was there, I ordered a BLT. It arrived cold, and the bacon was nearly raw. When I returned it, the employees looked at me like I was being unreasonable for wanting the bacon to actually be cooked. And it took the cashier a long time to refund my money because she was busy talking on the telephone -- a personal call, not business.) Skip this restaurant. [05 Oct 2007 13:28:16]
