Best in Arlington
I'm a native New Yorker at heart, and when I went to Brooklyn's Best with my boyfriend's mother, I nearly died, it was like being back in the tiny pizzeria near my aunt's, where they made the pizza from scratch and it tasted so good.

I'd eaten their pizza before, when it was brought home in a box, but a box cannot do it justice. You need to go into the restaurant, meet the owners, have a laugh, and eat!

Try the cheesesticks, the pasta, everything! It's all delicious!    [15 Jan 2004 01:07:22]

Fun Place-Good Food
For a neighborhood casual Italian restaurant, this place is pretty decent. The walls are painted with murals of a 50's era street filled with stars from the movies. The food is good, although not great, pretty greasy but cheap. The employees are very friendly.
We live within 2 miles of the location, however, and have never received delivery in under an hour. How long does it take to make a plate of spaghetti???    [27 Apr 2004 16:56:37]

Wow
I lived in New York for about 6 years about 14-20 years ago.......
One thing I miss about the " Big Apple", among many things, is the food; namley the PIZZA.
Sorry, but Texans cant touch NewYorkers in the pizza department. Sorry, but we cant be good at everything!
I discovered this little joint off Green Oaks, in Arlington....
I cried...I laughed...I cried and laughed together! This was it. This was the taste I'd been yearning for since living in the Lone Star.
EXCELLENT and traditional Itallian food.    [12 Jan 2005 19:46:52]

Absolute best
This is THE best pizza place in Arlington hands down. Haven't had a person that I've taken it to say otherwise. Everything is good. The only one thing I don't like is their bread (served with pasta) other than that they are #1. NOTHING beats them. They are all very friendly too. The only thing I wish is that they would open a store in North Arlington, too!!!!    [17 Jun 2005 17:56:36]

Pizza is wonderful, small restaurant is a good time. I went with about 8 friends, had a great pizza a few of their oversized pitchers of beer, had a blast!    [27 Sep 2005 16:32:55]

The Best in Texas
After living in Brooklyn for 30 years, I never thought I would find a place in North Texas that came close to the pizza I loved for all those years. I was wrong. Brooklyn's Best really is the best.    [09 Mar 2006 09:12:09]

Should be Called
As a Native of Brooklyn, I must confess I was skeptical of this establishment despite its name. Texas' pizza doesn't hold a candle to NY's (but NY's Mexican food tastes a bit like rubber; I guess we all have our strong points). I'm happy to say I was pleasantly surprised! Everything on the menu at Brooklyn's Best is reminiscent of my hometown. They even have sicilian pizza. Each time I introduce someone to Brooklyn's Best, they have nothing but rave reviews. From the staff to the food to the murals on the walls, this is absolutely my favorite Italian eatery.    [09 Mar 2006 11:01:34]

Just Like Home
I am a native New Yorker and never thought I would find a pizza place in Texas to equal the taste of pizza in Brooklyn. Well, I was wrong. The food at Brooklyn's Best is outstanding. Everything tastes like it did at home. It's exceptional.    [23 Mar 2007 16:12:55]
