The Oldest Continuously Operating Restaurant in Arlington The Candlelite Inn is an Arlington tradition. Since the 50s, they have been serving up Mexican, Italian, and American food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. They have a reputation for cleanliness, and a decor that includes old-fashioned, private booths, candles, a wall mural, and various other interesting touches: one of the few Arlington restaurants equipped with a smoking section. Best Place to Eat Before or After a Rangers Game The Candlelite Inn is still the best place to grab hamburger or have a full course meal at affordable prices in the metroplex. With the addition of red snapper and pork chops to the list of entrees the menu is even more enticing. Two people can still have drinks and a very good meal for under $25.00. It's a great place to go before or after a Ranger game for a big frosty mug of draft beer or to bring your whole little league baseball team for sodas after a ballgame keep up the good work and service at this traditional eatery. Wonderful Place to Eat If there is one place in Arlington to eat comfortably, it is here. The food is varied, and the ambiance is great.
Personally, I enjoy the tacos al carbon or fajitas, but the hamburger steak is great. The price is very low, but the taste is great.
Very economical. I highly recommend. [02 Sep 2003 17:15:20]

Incredibly Romantic The Candlelite Inn is the place to take your girlfriend/fiance/wife whenever your trying to do something special. Its, dim, but you can still see each other's facial expressions. If you ask for a booth, its private. Its quiet and not very crowded if you go at the right times (I went Sunday ~ 2:00 pm). An overall beautiful place. A "Hole in the Wall". Good meal right around 20.00 bucks for two. [18 Feb 2007 23:12:17]
