The best Dim Sum in town
Their Dim Sum is the best. No wonder they are packed in every weekends. Their interior decoration is also very authentic "Chinese". Their lunch and dinner dishes are also excellent.    [11 Apr 2006 15:27:21]

WORST Dim Sum EVER!
After hearing glowing online reviews of their dim sum, we trekked over from Carrollton to Arlington (40 minute drive). Upon arrival, we started to pick the dim sum that we wanted. My wife who is from China, knows her dim sum, as do I. One of the dishes I picked was curry squid, which is supposed to be HOT. Instead, it was not only room temperature, but it was rubbery, as though it was kept from the last day’s servings. My wife and I also asked if they had chicken feet, and they told us they were being made and should be out in about 10 minutes. However, as we were being told this, another woman working there approached us with chicken feet. They, too, were at room temperature, and had a dull and glazed look on them, as though they had also been saved from a previous serving time or day.

Needless to say, we finished what we had, and as I expelled my potentially dangerous squid, we got the squid refunded, paid the $10 tab and left very irritated.

By the way, I have already emailed the City of Arlington about the improper temperatures of the food.
