Great CFS
Ggreat chicken fried steak...lunch is busy, but worth it. Service is great. Conveniently located off main hwy. They also have a great kids menu. Where else do they serve kids jumbo GC shrimp? Worst prime rib ever
I had a "prime rib" special. This must have been the last piece. It was way overcooked, mushy, and full of fat and gristle. I have never had such a poor piece of meat at any restaurant let alone one that supposedly specializes in steak. They should have been ashamed to serve this pathetic meal.    [30 Mar 2006 11:59:12]

Great food
My husband and I ate at K2's for his 70th birthday. The food was outstanding. We both had the Friday special, steak and shrimp. That's the first time we were ever able to order the shrimp cooked the way we like it--grilled. The salad bar and the gumbo were great, too. Good place to eat.
I've eaten at K2 a couple of dozen times. Their salad bar is without doubt the best in town. My experience of their entrees has ranged from excellent to just OK. The catfish has generally been quite good. Vegetables are not their strong point, but passable. Atmosphere and service are good. Staff are friendly.
