My favorite place!
The food is excellent, service is the best, people are the friendliest, beer is the coolest in town and the jukebox has some of the best music we've heard in a long time. This is a great place to bring your family or a crowd of friends and enjoy a fun time together.    [05 Aug 2003 12:13:44]

Crawfish are great, everything else very mediocre
just got back from Repkas and hae been talking about how we can't figure out why people drive so far to eat there. We live maybe 10 miles away so our choices are limited. I had gumbo for the first time and was dissappointed. Very bland. Had the gulf platter and it was the typical all you taste is batter. My boyfriend had fried oysters and had same complaint. The buttered boiled potatoes lookede great but had no butter or flavor at all. We have eaten the crawfish many times and love them but that leaves only the spring time for a good meal. Make sure if driving far that you call and see if they have the crawfish first. Their etouffe is pretty good. I don't eat beef but the steak looks good and others have recommended it.
