Put it on the map
I was on vacation from Arizona, and passed this restaurant by. Next couple of days I was craving a good hometown type burger so instead of going to a franchise buger place i went there to Casa Blanca Burgers. I liked the setting outside in the open field where the nice gentle breeze relaxed me. Like i was on a picnic. The down to earth feeling where you know they put love in the cooking. I ate a BBQ Brisket and after I was hooked. Returned quite a few times for Menudo. (Now that I enjoyed being able to get that 7 days out of the week) without having to go to a high priced restaurant. Their brisket tacos were delicious. And ofcourse the server and orderer was the wonderful Flora. Who greeted you with an angelic smile. And the prices, well you just can't beat the prices. Especially for the meals that they offer. For a small off the Hwy fast food. Their prices beat your franchise meal deals. All I know is I had to take one of their burgers to go when I came back to Arizona. So I can enjoy for my 20 hour drive    [15 Dec 2004 00:38:16]

Recommended Dishes: I would try the Burger, and BBQ beef brisket, and Brisket tacos w/beans in it.
