Delightful!
A group of ladies from Corinth went for lunch on Sunday and we found the place delightful. I ordered the Merry Heart Chicken Salad plate with fresh fruit. I am not a fan of melons so my plate had grapes, pineapple, orange slices, kiwi and strawberries. All the ones I love. The pink poppyseed dressing was wonderful as was the Chicken salad made with low fat yogurt instead of mayo. Since I (like most of us) am "watching my weight" I didn't feel like I was overdoing it on the calories. The pumpkin bread with strawberry cheese was YUMMY! The raspberry tea - perfect. After lunch we all shopped around up front where the gifts are and had such fun. The food, the tea, and the people were just incredible.    [13 Sep 2004 12:27:58]
