I was in Irving for a business trip and stopped by at Pho Republic with a group of co-workers. I was pleasantly surprised. This restaurant serves mainly pho (beef noodle soups) but also has other popular Vietnamese dishes. The ambience is great and the service is quick. I tried the Rice Vermicelli with Charbroiled Chicken and it was excellent. I asked for a to-go menu and the owner gave me his full color menu. Excellent foods. I like it.
A friend took me to Pho Republic for lunch but I came back the same day with my family for dinner. The food was excellent.

This place is packed!

wonderful night
We recently had my sister's "Jubilee Dinner" (25 years old) at Pho. The energy was great...service was awesome...food was yummy....and they didn't mind that we had a large group that decided to extend our evening past dinner! The food was great, my only question is ....what is IN one of your fabulous lemongrass martinis? (I'd love to show them off to my friends down here on the Cape.)

Good Vietnamese Food
Good Vietnamese food isn't difficult to find in the Dallas Fort-Worth Metroplex, assuming one is willing to drive a while. For a long time, I've waited for a good Vietnamese restaurant to open near either my work or home neighborhood. Pho Republic is the first such (with emphasis on both 'good' and 'Vietnamese) restaurant to open close by. The food is fresh, tasty, healthy and inexpensive. Good Food, Great Ambience
Last Friday, all of my co-workers want to go somewhere new, to try something new... and we went to Pho Republic - Irving. This place is amazing! The atmosphere is super clean and trendy.
