I have eaten at Gucci's for lunch buffet for several years.. We drive from Shreveport to Marshall a distance of 40 miles each way, so it must be good !!!

Quality has declined!
I was literally embarrassed on our last visit. We were celebrating graduation with visiting family and our meal was ridiculous. We had a new server that was clueless, cayenne pepper was heavily added to the marinara dip for the calamari causing my mother to choke, the two orders of spaghetti were cold in the middle, our lemon artichoke chicken had no artichokes in it even after we sent it back, our sauces were requestd three times while our canneloni was dry, the coffee was cold and we finally gave up waiting on the fresh cups. I talked to the cook / manager three times directly and was ignored then given a 4% discount off of my meal.I have never been so disappointed or offended while dining out.    [31 May 2006 22:10:25]

GREAT STEAK
I love the Mediterranean steak but I order it MEDIUM RARE, PLUS I ask them to put all the stuff the menu says comes on top of it ON THE SIDE!!!!!! And I get the fettucine allfredo for the pasta-it really isn't fettucine noodlesthough I think it's angel hair pasta instead usually, but still very good with lots of parmesan,then I add to the pasta dish the sides from my steak(the garlic,parsley & cheese-youcan add whatever you like from those sides & try it,I just add the ones I listed though)this makes it GREAT!!!    [03 Dec 2006 17:09:27]
