WHAT HAS HAPPEN TO ALL THE HAPPY AND FAST EMPLOYEES?!
Well when I used to go to the Taco Bell they alway treated me with respect and greeted me. I had love how they used to be very quick to make my orders! I used to enjoy eating there and chatting with the employees whom were always generous to me. There was this one manager named Alicia who always seem very cheerful. One time they messed up my order and Alicia had apologized about the situation and told some employees to redo my order. I seen a young lady that was fixing it had 8 taco shells in her hand and the young gentlemen wrapped them up very quickly! I thought that was so amazing! Well on to the situation, I haven't gone to this Taco Bell in maybe about 4 months. When I came in on Friday no one greeted which I thought was very rude. The person that took my order told me "what would you want to order?" How disrespectful was that?! No one said "thank you or see you next time" Sadly to say this was new faces at Taco Bell that I have never seen before. One employee with a black button shirt, I guess he was a manager?..he look like Indian or some sort, but he kept looking at me like something is wrong. Well there was because they fixed my order wrong. They made 5 soft tacos instead of 5 crunchy tacos! and I had waited for about another 20 minutes for them. So can anyone explain to me where the other great employees that used to work at this Taco Bell went to? At least they truely seem like they cared for their customers and treated them with respect! And the drive thru line are extremely long to wait in now! Why do you have to wait in line for about an hour when you are the third car in line?! It is so ridiculous!
