Chuy's in Van Horn
I can't belive it! (but then again I can) Another fan of Chuy's! Don't let the incredibly small railroad town of Van Horn fool you. Located just off I-10 in west Texas; this restaurant is a favorite of celebrities and musicians who happen to be "on the road".

This is one of Texas' best kept secrets. You will find no better Tex-Mex food anywhere, period.

They have a full menu and the burgers are great, but the real quality is in the Mexican dishes. Darn good margaritas as well. If the weather's nice there is a deck you can dine on outside.

Hey Jim, Did you grab a "I ate at Chuy's" t-shirt before you left?

This place is highly recommended for travelers on I-10. There is also a Days Inn(?) just down the street.    [30 Apr 2007 04:09:06]
