Not a pretty setting, but a great Afghan restaurant
Once you get by the less than spectaculor setting for the restaurant, you will find that the food and service are very good -- and a real bargain! The food is quite good, authentic Afghan cuisine. You will find all types of people there -- Aghanis, business people, young couples, etc. The staff is friendly, efficient and eager to please. The menu ranges from exceptional appetizers to delightful Afghan entrees. Try the delicious chicken kebab dish -- tender, flavorful chicken kebabs with Afghan rice and huge pieces of Afghan bread.
