The decor is excellent, the food was very good, however, the entrance is deceiving with a display of bubble gum machines and a table which deserves attention. Best Crab Feast

Captain White's Crab House was billed by word-of-mouth as an excellent place to get fresh seafood. Unfortunately, that was not my experience there.

The food was delicious--when it was finally brought to the table. The service was absolutely the worst I have ever had. The only compliment I can give the server is that she did a nice job taking our orders. Other than that, our orders were incorrect when they arrived at the table, and one of my dining companions and I waited nearly an hour for our side dishes to arrive at the table.

I had to request a crableg cracker from 4 different servers and wait 15 minutes for one to arrive at the table before I could begin eating. This is a crab house. Shouldn't these tools be at the table? Finally, I was disappointed to find that speaking to the manager did little to rectify the situation. She did not apologize, and still got my side dish order wrong. She simply took 25% off the bill. Good points?
