Should be called old foods
Tonight, I turned up at least a half-dozen boxes of moldy strawberries. A few nights ago, my wife returned a bag of chips that were past the expiration date. When they offered her a replacement, she found that ALL of the bags were past the expiration date. A dozen or more cartons of milk on the shelf with expiration dates only 4-7 days away. At the Arlington store, they're several weeks out. I asked whether this store was the area dumping ground for old inventory, and the staff denied it. But I must wonder...    [09 May 2003 21:02:15]
