Authentic Thai
My friends from S.E. Asia take me here. If you love spicy Thai food, this is the place to go! The milder dishes are great too, but if you like hot, they will make it hot for you!    [14 Mar 2003 12:11:39]

Overlooked Gem
Bangkok Siam is in a truly ugly small shopping center; parking is a nightmare. But the food is superb, the best Thai I've ever had. After probably 30 meals here, I don't remember a bad or even just average one. If you don't like it hot, better tell them in advance.    [17 Apr 2003 19:03:12]

Don't Let the Exterior Fool You!
The inside is clean and well decorated, with shimmering water effects projected on the walls and a very large screen tv, sometimes showing a aquarium screen saver, sometime VH1. A good place to go for a date.

As nice as the atmosphere is, the food is the best Thai food I've eaten in the DC area (and there are four DC favorites within walking distance from me). Almost everything on the menu can be prepared as vegetarian, or with your choice of meat or seafood. Plenty of options for everyone and reasonably priced. Also, the food always tastes fresh. The Thai salad had the freshest tomatoes I've had at a restaurant.

The dining area is a little small, but I've never seen it overcrowded. I'm sure that will change when word gets out about this diamond in the rough.    [14 May 2004 12:16:02]

Cool little place
I've only been there once, but this place rocks! I was with a party of 9 and everyone was highly pleased with whatever they ordered. This was 11pm on a Wednesday night, and it was about 3/4 full inside. Very cool little bar and karaoke (of which 100% is Asian) that makes you feel like you stepped off a boat and landed in Thailand (or at least left the US). I highly recommend checking this spot out.    [04 May 2005 13:29:34]

Great Thai food
I've been to a number of Thai restaurants, and by far, I enjoy the food here the best! I don't quite understand the whole playing country music in the Thai restaurant thing, but it makes them their own. PS, if you want a good selection of karokee songs, hit them up after 10pm (I think it's every night).    [27 Oct 2005 20:03:23]
