Okay Food, Reasonable Service Went today -- service was within reasonable amount of time. Besides salad bar, nothing else is worth it on the menu. The food is just ok, nothing great, menu limited, and nothing Cajun about this place. Place is big, arranged in New Orleans style. [24 Oct 2003 14:08:31]

Love It I've been going to Orleans house since I was a little girl. I've always loved this restaurant. They have such a different atmosphere and the food is delicious! Every time my husband and I have guests come from out of town we always take them to Orleans house. Great food and great ambiance. [22 Nov 2003 19:47:39]

Just okay Everything about the restaurant was "just okay." The steaks were bland - no kick or spice at all, the salad bar was okay - nothing special, and the service was okay but they were very slow to bring the check.
On the plus side, they do have good desserts - the carrot cake is really good.
I would not recommend this restaurant - there are many much better restaurants in Arlington that serve great steaks. [23 Nov 2005 18:56:04]

It's an experience You don't go to Tom Sarris' for the food, although it's passable. It's the atmosphere, from the salad bar shaped like a Mississippi paddle boat to waitresses with 'big' hair, from groups of lost Japanese tourists to content drunks ... it's an ongoing floor show.
