Consistantly GREAT! Food The Steak Marseilles is always great, with loads of mushrooms that are not overdone, and roue/gravy is very delicate in taste with herbs and pepper. The brick oven pizza's are dinner sized with great fresh vegetables and flavorful meats and cheeses.
The presentation of all the dishes we have had have been very inviting - the Caesar Salad and the House Salad are enormous and full of lots of salad/goodies! Great chunks of parmesan reggie on top.
Did it arrive hot from the kitchen? Meals are very hot - direct from the kitchen grills.
How fresh was the food? You can taste the various herbs and light sauces.
Was it too spicy, or not spicy enough? The dishes we have ordered have not had any spicyness to them.
Was there something unusual or interesting on the menu that you didn't try? Have been to your establishment 4 or 5 times and will continue to come back to try different things each time.
How big were the portions? More than ample - salads are very large and delicious!
Service Waiters have been great - have even tried finding out what one of the copper pans is on the wall - the one that looks like an egg carton in reverse???
Was your waiter helpful? Could he answer questions about the menu? Did he make good recommendations? Were plates cleared away quickly? Was your water refilled quickly? Both waters and soda's are always filled.
If something went wrong with your meal, did they handle it appropriately? Nothing wrong yet?
Did the bill arrive on time? Did you feel rushed? When we indicated that desserts were not being ordered, the waitstaff shows up with the bill
Ambiance Was the restaurant clean? Very clean and smells good - like a home-made Italian gravy in the air.
Did it have a distinctive style or theme? If yes, what? Old world Italian.
What kind of patrons frequent the place? Many with children - nice mix!
Was the music too loud? Was there noise from the kitchen? Need more Italian love songs - kitchen was not noisey.
Were the bathrooms clean? Very clean bathrooms.
Other How does it compare to other similar restaurants? Did you feel you got a good deal for the price? Would you recommend it to a friend? Would it be good for some special occasion (kid's birthday party, romantic dinner, ...)? Is it a good place to go with a group? We are heading toward your restaurant with a small group for a birthday party - hopefully can get a reservation?
Would you recommend making reservations? Reservations are the way I prefer to go to any restaurant - and there are few that take them. You can do a call-ahead, which at least gives you a chance to cut your waiting time a littl [10 Oct 2005 17:00:19]

Mouth Watering Good!! This has been one of our favorite eating establishments since it opened! always consistant quality and service, if not up to par, they will make it right with a smile. Our recomendation;(Hint: it' not on the menu) but ask for the chicken trio. It's a smaller protion of their three most popular chicken dishes, and the garlic mashed potatoes are to die for!! Give it try, you won't be dissapointed! [08 Jan 2007 15:01:50]
