What a concept! Great food & MORE great food!
When you walk into Malibu Grill, the smell of roasting meats is enough to make your mouth water. The service is original, with roaming servers each carrying skewers of assorted meats. You begin the meal with a block of wood on every table painted green on the top and red on the bottom which indicates whether you would like the waiters to offer you meats. Or you could visit the salad bar which offers fresh veggies, fruits, salad, soup and sometimes appetizers. Don't fill up on the salad bar though! You might miss out on perfectly seasoned lamb, bacon-wrapped turkey, roast chicken, tender sirloin, beef ribs and more. While you are feeling quite festive at Malibu, how about trying Guarana? It is the native soda of Brazil and has a refreshing coconut/citrus taste and goes well with the meat. The food is delicious and the roaming servers are nice and sometimes will even take requests of certain meats to bring next. The servers that are assigned to your table are the only drawback on this restaurant. You may want to request a glass of water with your drink, as your drink may stay empty for 10 or 15 minutes.
