I recently took my wife here for our ninth anniv. dinner. We arrived at 10 minutes to the opening and were curtly told it would be ten more minutes, so we waited as did another couple,as we waited a group of five arrived as the inn was ooening and were seated ahead of us....finally we were seated now keep in mind there are only 3 sets of guests dining.so we waited for our watress and waited 14 minutes go by and she finally shows up and states no one told her we were seated at her table....so we order i had the rib-eye steak that was thinner than a Mcdonalds regular hamburger patty and not any larger...it looked like a steak patty from murrays meats very sub-standard i informed my watress and she agreed with me..we were very let-down for $26.00 . the manager never came over or cared how our dining experence was, I also told the waitress I was very dis-appointed for the money i was spending and would rate this as very-poor if not terrible.... NEVER AGAIN
Our party of 10 went in for dinner last week and we went there because the rave about the place was supposed to be wonderful......The food was terrable (it ALL tasted frozen)and here it was our waiter told us how they prepair the food and it is all boxed and frozen. The seafood is purchased from a local waterman.. who knows how the seafood was handled. We complained and we heard the chef yell at him even tho its not his falt. He came out and said that he was sorry about the food and we told him we over heard and that is wasent his falt. Wow Never again [14 Jul 2008 16:02:53]
