Description

Relatively sized restaurant with a beautiful interior and large wine cellar (don't let the outside throw you---Fiore di Luna is located in the elbow of a strip mall---this is a very nice restaurant). Atmosphere upscale, usually a musician on hand for dinner. Outdoor seating on a covered patio, grand and smaller dining rooms. Dress well. Reservations recommended.

Superb
The only complaint was the parmesan-crusted strip steak. I asked for it medium. It came out grey. I pointed it out to the maitre'd and they treated us to dessert and a glass of stellar Muscat.

The linguine with lobster entree was "Scooby Snack" size. Go with one of the $20-30 main courses if you're hungry.

How many other strip mall restaurants have a harpist?

New Fiore Chef?
Chef Andrea Pace has moved to his own Villa Mozart----who is at the helm of Fiore? This used to be one of my favorites. But then the menu became stagnant, and I became concerned when I noted a neon open sign in the window---not a classy touch. The owner could return Fiore to gem status...    [14 Nov 2007 13:04:26]

Chef Andrea Pace long gone
Chef Andrea Pace and previous owners left Fiore di Luna. They still have and use the old website from long ago. Ownership changed 2 times already.    [16 Jan 2008 23:18:30]
