Unfullfilled Promise

Don't Bother!!!
So there we were: two well-dressed adults with reservations last Saturday. We were not greeted at the door. We were eventually squashed behind a tiny table that was then pushed towards us, making us both uncomfortable and claustrophobic. We were ignored by the staff, and had to flag someone down to get water. The Vodka menu was plopped on the table. We sat and watched as a party that came in after us was served. We had to ask for a wine list, bread, and menus which were then dumped onto the table all at once. We felt so unwelcome that we chose to quietly leave rather than endure the place. The staff said nothing, didn't ask why we were leaving, or even seem to care. We had to search for my coat before we could finally escape. Favorite Great Falls Restaurant
Eat like a Czar and drink like a Peasant. Exotic Russian dishes servered with ice cold tumbler of vodka with a mandolin player. Ambiance is romantic with lots of red velvet and gold leaf.    [21 Dec 2004 19:12:56]

The worst Restaurant Ever
The service was horrible, the food was just ok, this place gives Serbia a bad rep, we were put at a side table, we did not receive menus until 20-30 min. later, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy    [21 May 2005 21:37:38]

Service does it in!
For 18 years we've visited this restaurant with regular (less than one year) intervals. The food has always been original and good, but the service has gone downhill tremendously! It's almost to the point we don't want to return because of it, as the prices are way up there!    [28 Dec 2005 21:36:44]
