Is what is is
Hard Times is a Northern Virginia institution. The Herdon branch is larger than the one in Old Town that I frequented in the past. Chili is consistent, and there are several flavors to choose (Texas, Cincinatti, etc.) Nice meal, worth the drive.    [30 Dec 2004 17:24:23]
