BAD SERVICE
Waited for our food to come out for an hour to be exact and still did not receive our food. We waited patiently thinking maybe they were just busy and it was taking especially long for our food to come out that day. They did not even provide water until we asked for it 3 times. When I complained to the manager, he got defensive and started yelling at us for complaining and pushed us out the door for no reason. I told the manager that I simply wanted an apology for the food not arriving and the bad service, but he failed to apologize, saying that he had no reason to apologize. Not only did we NOT receive our food we ordered an hour prior, but we were inconvenienced, mistreated by the owner/manager, failed to apologize for the food delay or no food at all.    [30 Jun 2006 14:31:05]

Not Pho 75 but OK
Good selection. Good taste. OK service but requires some patience. I attribute that to the cook's insistance on perfection. I've only been there for lunch when there were few patrons.    [18 Jul 2006 18:07:58]
