Cogan's has the best pizza in Norfolk, and perhaps Hampton Roads!
Awesome pizza, with a unique variety. Great selection of beer on tap as well. My wife and I loved the Margherita pizza, and tried (and liked!) for the first time Purple Haze beer - what a great combination for a summer dish.    [07 Aug 2005 17:16:47]

good food, horrible service
Yes - the pizza and beer are great, but the staff's attitude and service leave a lot to be desired. It was a great neighborhood joint, but maybe it's popularity was it's undoing.    [22 Aug 2006 01:06:45]
