COMPLAINT
Myself and 3 other friends attempted to go to your establishment located @ 2701 Chamberlayne Avenue Richmond Va. (store #208).....after ordering our lunch...we waited for 30 minutes for our meals....watching customers with larger orders than ours recieve their meals and leave. The manager was very aware as we started to complain about the service. She never aknowledged us she continued to ignore us and take other patrons.We were late returning to work and our food was cold. We were not offered any compensation. Upon returning to work...several fellow employees spoke on the bad experience they had also endured from this establishment.We also noted that no gloves or hairnets were worn by the employees handling our food.
