Magical and Absolute Oustanding food! Chez Trinh, one of the finest Vietnamese cuisine in Williamsburg has given me an experience of delightful food and terrific outstanding taste. One day I went to the restaurant to have a little lunch during my break from work. I have never been there. Once I got in there I was so relaxed. Their atmosphere is so relaxing! The restaurant was clean and like a cafe atmosphere. I sat and had a delicious Asparagus and Crabmeat soup $2.50, it was so tasty. You can taste crabmeat in every bite. Hmmmm.... I still remember. Then I had an order of Fried dumplings (8 in an order) $4.95. It was crispy and had tasty chicken and vegetables in them with a crunchy layer outside. It also came with a thick rich dumpling sauce on the side. It was fabulous! I mean ridiculously fabulous! I was pretty stuffed by then, but I must try some more next time. I went to work and the next day, I kept craving for their food! [06 Apr 2002 12:57:38]

A Vegetarian's Delight This is one of the few restaurants in Williamsburg that I have found that has an extensive vegetarian menu. Anything from stir-fry to soups and rolls, they have it and at great prices! The service was warm and they have a great selection of Asian groceries. Stop by if you have never been and delight in the elegant food at resonable prices. [12 May 2003 10:46:35]
