In 2003, Ruby's moved to a new location in the historic Olson manor. Ruby's features European cuisine, with seafood, beef, lamb, duck, and pasta. All desserts are made in house. The bar offers happy hour specials.

European Dining on Bainbridge Island
This local bistro has some of the best food you'll find outside of France! Their sauces are incredible; try the rosemary chicken. The wine list is quite large for a small restaurant but very reasonably priced. Ambiance is romantic & relaxed. The staff very friendly willing to guide you through your meal. Excellent dishes
I have dined at Ruby's twice by the recommendation of my mother who lives only 2 miles from the bistro. The food is excellent and the bistro is cozy. It is a bit on the expensive side, but worth it for the treat.    [20 Jul 2001 01:32:44]

Amazing, quite pleasant, not pretentious
As good as 98% of the 'good' restaurants in Seattle, but not pretentious, quality ingredients well prepared, not afraid of flavors, but not 42 ingredients in search of a cuisine.
