understaffed and long wait time!!! don't even bother

Never again!
Ordered a pizza, took forever to for delivery. Once we got it wasn't cooked in the middle. When we called we were told that for they type of pizza we ordered it needs to be cooked longer and we should tell them that when ordering. We should tell them how to cook it? We had to put in the oven for another 15 minutes. I even complained to corporate with no response. If they would have made it right, we would order from them again. However, because of lack of customer service ... never again    [04 Dec 2006 19:41:06]
