Renton's Version of Cheers
Not much in the way of a dining experience but one shouldn't go there expecting such. Sandwiches and salad available. Sometimes they grill hot dog and burgers outdoors in the summer. This is the place to go with friends who want to sit back and relax over some premium ales in an atmosphere that feels homey. Staff is very friendly and there are a lot of regulars. A Hidden Renton Gem
My husband and I have made this lovely little restaurant our "date" place. It's casual and always welcoming. The staff there always remembers us and what we like. The beer menu is fantastic and is constantly being updated. I tend to lean toward the burgers, and their cranberry Gorgonzola salad is fabulous. My husband loves their daily specials which is very interesting (Blackened Salmon Burger, Anduille Sausage with Cream Cheese and Peppers). The owner will come right out to greet and chat with you, the bartender will remember your drink, and the waitresses will tell you like it is. It's wonderfully refreshing and I always look forward to coming back. If you decide to do dinner there, DEFINITELY go for the Teriyaki Skewers....YUMMY!!!    [13 May 2007 17:18:12]
