THE Best Hot & Sour Soup Anywhere!
The Peking House sits in a slightly run-down neighborhood and the bar is always too full - but the food is wonderful and the Hot&Sour Soup is to die for!

Over the last 10-years, we've tried H&S Soup at - at least a dozen other Chinese restaurants and NONE of them come close!

It's SO good that, once a awhile, when the urge is too strong, one of us drives the 30 miles to go pick some up! The hardest part about that is waiting for it to get home!    [21 Sep 2006 19:17:26]

Best chinese food in Seattle
I agree with the reviewer on the Hot and Sour soup. We drive 10 miles to come here for the soup. It's by far and away the best we have found since Hunan in the Rainer Valley and Great China on 44th in Lynnwood closed.

We also love their chicken and sting bean dish. The service is wonderful and they already know to get the soup out for us as soon as we sit down.

These kind of neighborhood places are usually the best and this is one restaurant that I recommend to all my friends!    [02 Mar 2008 20:47:05]
