Full of local color
We stopped by based on remembering from years ago that there was dancing. The bouncer appeared to be on drugs, but maybe he was just drunk like the rest of the clients. One young man couldn't stand straight but still managed to sink his pool balls. He tried to start a fight with the bouncer who just hugged him, and then everything was alright. Plenty of 5th grade male energy going around, with all the patrons liberally exchanging insults, hugging each other, and generally acting like they spent every night together drinking. There was a pleasant enough singer/songwriter/guitarist trying to entertain us, but no one was paying attention.
Only go if you don't mind dropping in on a divey social club.    [19 Mar 2005 13:06:01]

Recommended Dishes: We didn't eat there and I wouldn't, but they had a decent selection of beer.
