Service far from heaven
The food was ok. The service was horrible. At the bar my husband had to fix the cash drawer. We ordered an appetizer. It was served to the table next to us. When I inquired the food expediter in a glib and rude manner told me they had ordered it. The table next to us then said that they had not ordered anything yet and offered to give us our appetizer off their table. We mentioned this to the server who just shrugged. A young boy brought our bread and asked us where he should put it. We ordered. My husband and I ordered the same thing. My mom ordered something different. When the food came it sat out on a tray for 10 minutes. When the waitress returned, in a hash slinging manner she asked us, " who had the ....." We then had to take the plate from her. She had a 2/3rds chance of getting it right. My mom's meal was prepared wrong. Her soup was served after the meal arrived. For the prices charged, the staff should be trained in fine dining. I've received better service at a family breakfast joint. Bottom line. We've been given a gift certificate that we would rather NOT spend on another experience there.
